Horrible business. I went in on a Saturday to look at a snowmobile they had on the floor. I ended up working out a deal with John the salesman at Crete. They marked the snowmobile sold, and I left a $5k deposit. They gave me a receipt and said they'd call the following week when ready for pick up. I received a call on Monday saying they priced me the wrong sled. If I still wanted it I would have to come up with an additional $900. So I called the manager to discuss the situation and his reply was, this isn't right but there's nothing we can do. I gave them every opportunity to make it right and they did nothing. I didn't even receive a phone call from the salesman saying he was sorry. Very frustrating but in the long run I'll be glad I didn't do business there.
