I usually love ordering from here, however, I just ordered garlic and parmesan knots, and it took almost an hour to get to me. I’m only less than 15 minutes away. And 2, They were subparly made. They just gave me bread and sprinkled a little bit of parmesan on it, and some were too hard on the ends. Plus, they were barely warm. Now maybe it was a busy night, but that’s no excuse for below average service and food. Let your customers know what the hold up is.
